Norvia AI: Image Weaver Privacy Policy
Effective: 2026/09/20
Your privacy and data security are extremely important to us. We are committed to the responsible management, protection, and use of your personal information.
This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and how it is processed when you use Norvia AI: Image Weaver or any related mobile application that we develop and make available through Google Play and other authorized app stores.
What Information Do We Collect?
i. Device information
We collect limited device and network information in order to provide you with a better and safer experience. Depending on the context of your interactions with us, the choices you make, and the products and features you use, this information may include: application version, application identifier, application distribution channel, IP address, platform, device model, device manufacturer, operating-system version, language, country or region, time zone, network type, connection status, screen resolution, memory and storage information, and application release status.
We may also receive an advertising identifier or another device-related identifier where permitted by applicable law and where the required consent has been obtained. We do not use contacts, call records, phone identity, precise location, or text messages for the normal operation of Norvia AI.
ii. Data about your use of the Services
We may collect information about how you use the App, including the number of app opens, screens viewed, features used, order of pages viewed, time spent on particular pages, date and time of requests, image generation-task status, selected generation mode, reward activity, rewarded-ad activity, subscription activity, permissions status, and error or crash information.
This information may be provided to certified third-party statistical, crash-reporting, and product-improvement platforms when those services are integrated into the App. We use this information to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the App and its performance. We do not sell this information to third parties.
iii. Creative Content, Generation Data, and Information from Other Sources
When you use the App, we may collect the photos, prompts, descriptions, style selections, generation settings, and other materials that you voluntarily upload or provide. We may also collect the AI-generated images, generation results, task identifiers, and related technical metadata needed to provide the requested service.
Your creative content may be processed by our cloud infrastructure, storage providers, and AI model providers in order to complete your generation request. These providers may process the information only on our instructions and in accordance with applicable agreements.
Third-party SDKs integrated into the App may also process information for advertising, analytics, payment verification, security, and fraud prevention. The collection and use of information by those SDKs are governed by the privacy policies of their respective providers.
iv. Advertising Identifier
Where permitted by applicable law and subject to your choices, we may use an advertising identifier to support advertising, measure advertising performance, prevent advertising fraud, and provide personalized advertisements. You may reset or limit the use of your advertising identifier through your device settings or an applicable consent-management interface.
The advertising identifier is not intended to directly identify you by name. We do not combine it with sensitive personal information for the purpose of identifying you unless permitted by law and appropriately disclosed.
v. Other Information
We may collect information that you directly and voluntarily provide to us, including your email address, account or login identifier, support requests, feedback, questionnaire responses, deletion requests, and other communications.
If you purchase credits or a subscription, Google Play or another applicable app store may provide us with transaction identifiers, product information, purchase status, subscription status, refund status, and entitlement information. We do not generally receive your full payment-card number or payment password.
vi. Designated Countries
For users located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, California, and other jurisdictions with applicable data-protection laws, we process personal information in accordance with the relevant legal requirements, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, and applicable California privacy laws.
