Norvia AI: Image Weaver User Agreement
Thank you for using Norvia AI: Image Weaver (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). Before using this App, please carefully read the following User Agreement. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with all the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not use the App.
1. User Account

1.1 Registration and Login

You may need to register and log into an account to use certain features of the App. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated. User information will be processed according to our Privacy Policy.

1.2 Account Security

You are responsible for the security of your account, including keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. If you notice any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.

1.3 Account Deletion

You can choose to delete your account at any time through an available in-App function or by contacting us. After deleting your account, your personal information, account data, and associated creative content will be deleted where reasonably possible and may not be recovered. We may retain information where required by law, necessary to prevent fraud, or needed to resolve disputes.

2. Usage Rights

2.1 AI Image Creation

The App provides AI-assisted image creation features. You may upload or select photos, enter creative prompts, choose art styles, and generate AI artwork for your personal or commercial use, subject to this Agreement, applicable law, and the rights of third parties.

You represent that you own or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions for any materials you upload, including permission from identifiable people shown in those materials. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing, selling, or using it. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, unexpected, non-exclusive, or similar to existing works, and the App does not guarantee that any generated result will be legally protectable or free from third-party rights.

2.2 Advertisements and Rewarded Unlocks

The App may offer free features supported by advertisements. You agree that you may encounter advertisements while using the App, and these advertisements may affect your experience. The App may also allow you to watch a rewarded advertisement to unlock a feature or receive credits. Reward availability may depend on the advertising provider, region, device, network, and applicable consent settings.

The content of advertisements is provided by third parties, and the App does not assume responsibility for their accuracy, legality, availability, or quality.

2.3 Subscription and Credit Features

The App may offer subscriptions, credits, daily rewards, and other paid or virtual benefits. You may choose to purchase a subscription or credits to access additional image generation features, increase usage limits, remove applicable restrictions, or receive other benefits described in the App.

Payment will be charged through your Google Play or other applicable app-store account. Credits and other virtual benefits are not money, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be transferred unless expressly permitted by the App.

2.4 Cancel Subscription

If you decide to cancel your subscription, you can manage it through the subscription-management interface in the Google Play Store or other applicable app store. After canceling the subscription, you will generally not be charged again after the current subscription period ends, and access to subscription benefits may continue until that period ends. Refunds are subject to the applicable app-store rules and payment-provider policies.

3. User Behavior Rules

3.1 You agree not to use the App for any illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful activities, including but not limited to:

• Uploading, generating, posting, or distributing content that infringes on others' copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity rights, or other rights;

• Uploading or processing photos or personal information without the necessary authorization or consent;

• Creating sexual or exploitative content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, deceptive impersonation, or harmful deepfakes;

• Using the App for unauthorized advertising, spam, political manipulation, fraudulent promotion, or other commercial activity not authorized by the App;

• Circumventing credit limits, advertisements, subscription restrictions, safety controls, or other technical protections;

• Reverse engineering, copying, scraping, reselling, sublicensing, or interfering with the normal operation of the App; or

• Introducing malware, harmful code, automated requests, or other security threats into the App.

3.2 The App reserves the right to review, restrict, remove, suspend, or terminate your account or access to the App at any time, especially if you violate the terms of this Agreement, create legal or security risks, misuse credits or advertisements, or harm other users or third parties.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All content provided by the App, including but not limited to software, interfaces, art templates, text, logos, designs, and branding, is protected by intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for permitted purposes. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, sell, or otherwise use App content without authorization.

You retain rights in materials that you upload, subject to the rights of third parties. You grant the App and its service providers a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display your materials only as necessary to operate the App, perform image generation tasks, provide support, maintain security, and comply with law. Generated results may be subject to applicable law and third-party rights, and the App does not guarantee that you will receive exclusive ownership of any result.

5. Privacy Policy

5.1 The App is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. The information we collect, including information related to your device, use of the App, uploaded materials, image generation tasks, advertisements, credits, and subscriptions, will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please carefully read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, share, and protect your information.

6. Modifications and Termination

6.1 We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or terminate features or services of the App at any time. We may provide notice of material changes where required by law. If you do not agree with the modified Agreement, please stop using the App.

7. Disclaimer

7.1 The services provided by the App, including AI-generated images and artwork, are offered "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to device malfunctions, data loss, loss of profits, loss of creative content, or claims arising from your uploaded materials or generated results.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
